Menifee, CA: Planning and Zoning Management

The Menifee, CA team had a clear image in mind when they decided to update their Planning and Zoning Title, this monumental project included an online presentation system for the newly updated code. enCodePlus was chosen to help bring this code online for the masses to access, the final product you see today was created in two phases.
The first phase brought Title 9: Planning and Zoning online in an interactive and easy-to-use platform. This code later went on to win the 2020 California APA Best Practices Award. Phase two focused on integrating additional document enhancement features including: Development calculators, GIS features, Zoning site navigator, Custom indexing, and an eReader.
