EXAMPLE: GREENSBORO, NC, GSO2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
Greensboro, NC built their 2040 comprehensive plan using the tools and features on the enCodePlus platform. American Planning Association (APA), the national association of urban planning professionals, gave it the prestigious 2022 Daniel Burnham Award.

EXAMPLE: GRANADA COUNTY, MS, 2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
In 2021, the Greater Grenada Partnership of Grenada County, MS, began preparing their Build Better Together 2040 Comprehensive Plan to ensure their readiness for future growth.
They partnered with KKC to draft and publish an online version of the plan.

EXAMPLE: FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA, POLICY PLAN
Fairfax County, VA contracted with enCodePlus to develop the Comprehensive Plan in a web-based interactive format, as well as the Zoning Ordinance and Public Facilities Manual. The Comprehensive Plan includes links to the Policy Plan, Area Plans, Special Planning Areas, Planning Districts, Glossary, Plan Amendments, and Help.
The Policy Plan navigation page presents each individual section with individual links to each element, as well as the Comprehensive Plan Maps, GIS Web Applications and numerous resources. The Historic Comprehensive Plan is provided in the Archives.
EXAMPLE: BUTTE COUNTY, CO, GENERAL PLAN
Butte County, CA, engaged KKC in 2022 to convert the county’s 2030 General Plan to the enCodePlus platform.
Their goal was to help the citizens of the county’s geographically dispersed rural community access and understand it.
