Build a Better Together 2040 Plan

In 2021, the Greater Grenada Partnership of Grenada County, MS, began preparing their Build Better Together 2040 Comprehensive Plan to ensure their readiness for future growth. They partnered with enCodePlus’ sister company, Kendig Keast Collaborative, to complete the drafting process and implement an online version of the plan. The enCodePlus team helped design the plan for optimal online viewing by adding custom design elements that draw the reader’s attention to important details and enhance the plan’s readability.

When the plan was adopted in 2022, enCodePlus created a Plan Navigator home page. The Plan Navigator allows users to get an overview of the plan by highlighting essential information such as the “Big Idea” statement that guided the entire process, a listing of top strategic priorities, and a visual breakdown of the plan structure. Users can also quickly see information on the plan’s guiding principles, focus areas, goals, and strategic action priority items, with additional pages providing even more details about the Plan Goals and Plan Implementation process. Links throughout the navigator allow direct access to relevant portions of the full text.

“enCodePlus has designers on staff who are able to provide custom logos, plan layouts, landing pages, and more.”
