In 2021, the city of Baytown, TX, began drafting their Comprehensive Plan 2040 and Bayway Drive Corridor Plan with enCodePlus’ sister company, Kendig Keast Collaborative. The enCodePlus team helped design both plans for optimal online viewing by adding custom design elements that draw the reader’s attention to important details and enhance their readability. Additional features like hyperlinked cross-references make navigating the plans easy, and eReaders allow users to view the plans in a book-like format.
Baytown’s enCodePlus portal allows users to easily access both plans, as well as related Technical Specifications, a Project Manual, and the city’s Stormwater Plan. Several links to the city of Baytown’s official government site are also included.
